Abstract:By means of TLC-UV spectrophotometric method the contents of imperatorin and isoimperatorin in Radix Glehniae in four forms(cortex, drug with cortex, drug without cortex and processed drug) have been determined. The result shows that the content of the said two constituents appears the highest in cortex, while the lowest in the original drug.
