摘 要 ：商陆毒素是商陆的主要毒性成分之一。本文采用薄层扫描法对垂序商陆饮片中商陆毒素的含量进行了测定,具有方法简便、快速、可靠等优点,可用于商陆饮片的质量监控。

Abstract:Phytolaccatoxin is one of the main toxic constituents in Radix Phytolaccae. In this communication, the quantity of phytolaccatoxin is determined by TLC-scanning method. Gonvenient, rapid and dependable, the method can be used to control the quality of Radix Phytolaccae.
