摘 要 ：以垂序商陆的根为原材料,以商陆毒素(Phytolaccatoxin)和组织胺(histamine)的含量为观察指标,考察不同炮制工艺对商陆饮片中主要毒性成分的影响。借以探讨商陆的炮制原理和改进炮制工艺的可能性,取得了较满意的结果。

Abstract:This paper reports the effect of different processing technologies on the main toxic constituents in Radix Phytolaceae using its contents of phytolaccatoxin and histamine as index. The study was carried out to probe into the processing principle and improve the processing technology of Radix Phytolaceae. The result is gratifying.
