摘要 : 尖镰袍菌枯姜病是意 大利 西北部芝麻菜栽 培品种 ( Eucr a * isc ar 讯 )和 野生品种 ( D ilr 。 : ax is

)上的重要病 害之一 ,常引起严重的损失 。 为评价芝麻菜品种对尖镰抱菌枯姜病的杭性 , 2 004
年 6 一 1 月 ,选用 了 4 个栽培及野生品种资源在玻璃温室进行杭性试验 ,使用 浓度为 1 x l0 6 c fu /
m L 的袍子悬浮液蘸根法人工接种 30 天苗龄的芝麻菜幼 苗 , 以分 离自芝麻菜两个不 同野生品种的
菌株 uF s . Ruc . g A0/ 2 和 uF s . Ruc . 1 30/ 3 , 以及分离 自栽培和野生品种的 犯 个菌株混合 ( M ix ) , 分
别作为杭病试验接种体 ,每次接种试验设 A 、 B 、 C 三个重复 。 整个试验重复进行 2 次 。 调查病害引
