Abstract:Effects of carbon source, nitrogen source, omethoxyphenol, vanillin and culture conditions on laccase production from Coriolus versicolor were studied. The results showed that starch as carbon source, and casein and soybean powder as nitrogen source, omethoxyphenol and vanillin of suitable concentration had good influence on laccase production. There were a little difference between effects of pH 3.0~8.0 in the medium on laccase production, but the culture temperature, inoculation amount and ventilation volume had greater influence on laccase production.
