摘 要 ：本文对胞质蛋白转运到叶绿体的研究进展进行了综述，包括胞质蛋白转移到叶绿体的重要性质胞质叶绿体蛋白的种类，引导肽的结构和功能，胞质蛋白转运到叶绿体的机理等。

Abstract:Advances in the transportation of cytoplasmic proteins into chloroplasts were reviewed, including the importance of the transportation of cytoplasmic proteins into chloroplast, the structure and function of transit peptides, and the mechanisms of the transportation of cytoplasmic proteins transport into chloroplasts were disseussed.
