Abstract:In situ hybridization with complement RNA probe is an effective method to detect the distribution of RNA in tissue or cell, by which the expression pattern of gene can consequently be revealed. As the complete process is longer and more complex than other molecular hybridization, the application of this method, however is limited in common laboratories. In order to make this technique be used widely in routine experiments, the practical skills were introduced based on past experience.
