摘 要 ：本文对植物体细胞Ca２＋-ATPase的类型、亚细胞定位、生化特性、分子量差异、基因克隆、酶活性调节剂以及生理功能等方面的研究进展进行综述和讨论。

Abstract:The classes of Ca２＋-ATPase in plant，its subcellular locations and biochemical characteristics，the features of its structure and function were reviewed in this paper.The discrepancy of molecular weight and genomic clones of the Ca２＋-ATPase and its activity regulators were discussed in details.
