Nucleo-Cytoplasmic Genetic Analysis of Fraction I Protein and Isozymes from Hybrid Between Barley and Wheat

Abstract:The analysis of isozymes and fraction Ⅰ protein obtained from harley, wheat and their hybrids was conducted by isoelectrofocusing PAGE. The results showed that cytoplasmic inheritance of hybrid mainly came from barley female parent and nucleic inheritance mainly from wheat male parent.
