Abstract:Two minor novel diterpenoid alkaloids, grandifloricine (Ⅰ) and grandifloritine (Ⅱ), have been isolated from the aerial parts of Delphinium grandiflorurn L. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidences and confirmed by chemical transformations to takaosamine.
