摘 要 ：重金属复合污染是主要土壤污染类型之一。为了探明蜈蚣草修复土壤重金属复合污染的能力 ,土培试验研究了分别添加不同浓度铅、铜、锌条件下蜈蚣草生物量变化 ,结果表明 ,不同浓度铅和较低浓度锌处理下蜈蚣草生物量呈显著性地增加 ,土壤 Pb、Zn添加浓度分别为 1 75 0 mg/kg和 1 35 0 mg/kg,蜈蚣草生物量最大。说明蜈蚣草有极强的耐 Pb、Zn毒性能力 ,能在较高有效态 Pb或 Zn污染土壤上正常生长。蜈蚣草具有一定的耐 Cu毒性能力 ,在 Cu耐性方面 ,蜈蚣草可能存在生态型的差异。以上结果说明 ,利用蜈蚣草修复萃取 Pb- As,Zn- As,Cu- As等复合污染土壤上 As有重要的意义。

Abstract:Combination contamination of heavy metals is one of important soil contamination types. A greenhouse experiment was carried out to determine the degree of tolerance of Pteris vittata L. to Pb, Cu, and Zn and whether it could be applied to phytoremediation and revegetation of soils contaminated with As and other heavy metals such as Pb, Cu, and Zn.
