Abstract:In order to explore effects of exogenous amino acids on dry weight and nitrogen content of rice, this test sprayed rice leaf with 500mg·L-1 L-leucine-15N at tillering stage, heading stage and maturity stage, and with clear water as the control. Results showed that the dry weight of leaf and stem and grain, and nitrogen content of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group when sprayed with exogenous L-leucine-15N with significant difference and there were different degrees of increase when sprayed at different stages. The study showed that the dry weight and nitrogen content of rice of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group when sprayed at all three stages rather than at the first two stages. And the study showed that the dry weight and nitrogen content of rice of the treatment group were higher than that of the control group when sprayed at tillering stage, heading stage rather than only at tillering stage, about 50% of foliar uptake of nitrogen-15 is transported to the grain of rice. This research has great significance in improving yield and quality of rice in practice.
