Abstract:C-pirimicarb was used to study its adsorptio-desorption bebavior in 8 kinds of soils。The results indicated that there were significant differences in its adsorptiou with differentkinds of soil. The lowest adsorption percentage was only 13.16%and the highest one was87.75%,The amount of allsorption in the same kind of soil increased with the concentratiouof pesticide, but concentration had little influence on the adsorption within the certain rangeof concentration,Multiple linear regression equation was develolped for predlctiou of adsorp-tion and determineation of the relative importance of the soil parameters,It was significantthat the key factors, soil pH and clay content were negatively and positively correlated withthe adsorption respectively. The adsorption equilibrium of pirimicarb in soils could be welldescribed by both the Freundlich isotherm and the Langmuir isotherm,The adsorbed 14C-pir-imicarb,could desorb from soil and its desorption was aiso influenced by soil properties de-scribed by multiple linear regression equation.
