摘 要 ：60Coγ射线照射黄鳝血细胞,用~3H-胸腺嘧啶核苷(~3H-TdR)研究血细胞中DNA的影响。实验发现:~3H-TdR掺入黄鳝血细胞DNA的量与照射剂量有关。在0.1—0.5Gy剂量范围内,~3H-TdR掺入黄鳝血细胞DNA的量增加,而在1—9.4Gy的范围内则减少。用一定浓度(4mM)的EDTA于照射前对血细胞进行预处理,能消徐0.5Gy剂量所产生的~3H-TdR掺入量的增加。而用一定浓度(4mM)的KI于照射前对血细胞进行预处理,则使~3H-TdR掺入血细胞DNA的量成倍增加。

Abstract:The effect of 60Co Y-rays irradiation on the DNA of blood cells of Monopterus albus has been investigated by means of 3H-TdR incorporation.It has been shown that the amount of incorporation of 8H-TdR into DNA of blood cells of Monopterus albus varied with the radiation doses.In the range of low doses (0.1-0.5 Gy) irradiation leads to the increase of incorporation of 3H-TdR into DNA of blood cells of Monopterus albus.On the contrary,in the range of high doses(1-9.4Gy)irradiation leads to decrease of incorporation.Moreover,pretreating the.blood cells with EDTA (4 mM ) before irradiation would eliminate the increase of incorporation at low doses (0.5 Gy ) as mentioned above.Pretreating the blood cells with KI ( 4 mM ) before irradiation would cause double increasing of incorporation of 3H-TdR into DNA of blood cells
