摘 要 ：本文叙述用CO_2-H_2O平衡法制样测定水样的氧同位素组成。以钢瓶CO_2为平衡气体,建立了CO_2-H_2O平衡法的各个程序,并设计了供质谱分析用的真空制样系统,提出了计算水样δ~(18)O SMOW值的新公式。用该系统和方法测定了天然水和配制水的δ~(18) SMOW值及重氧水的~(18)O丰度。最小用水量为3ml,最低CO_2充样压力为100乇,制样和质谱分析的标准偏差在0.15‰以内。

Abstract:A method for determination of 180 by using CO2-H2O equilibrium teichnique is described in this paper.The tank CO2 gas was used as the equilibrium gas.A vacuum system for preparation of water sample for MS analysis is designed.A new formula for estimating δ18O value in water sample is proposed,and it has been used to calculate all data in our laboratory.The δ18O SMOW values of natural,mixed water and the 18O abundance in H218O have been obtained.The minimum amount of water used in this experiment is 3 ml.The minimum pressure of tank CO2 is 100 torr,and themaximum standard deviation is 0.15%.
