Abstract:Seed aging involves many changes, such as, enzyme activities, integrities of membrances and nuclear acids and others, which result in the loss of seed viability finally, but these can not explain the mechanism. This paper deals with changes of proteins in cotyledonless embryos of peanut (Arachis hypogaed) seeds with various treatments by means of two dimensional gel electrophoresis.
