Abstract:To investigate the differences in sensitivity of wild oat populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl, 11 wild oat populations were collected from Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu provinces, and whole plant and seed bioassay were employed. The result of whole plant bioassay revealed that the sensitivities of the 11 populations to fenoxaprop-P-ethyl and clodinafop-propargyl were significantly different. Jinshuizha (JSZ) population was most sensitive to both herbicides, with GR50 values (ai) of 2.46 and 3.65 g/hm2, whereas Huixian (HX) population demonstrated lowest sensitivity to the herbicides, the GR50 valued (ai) of 15.00 and 23.12 g/hm2, the sensitivity of the other populations just laid in between JSZ and HX. Seed bioassay showed same tendency, while with more sensitivity.
