Abstract:Five colonies of Rhizoctonia cerealis were isolated from Shandong and Jiangsu Provinces. For confirming the resistance actuality of Rhizoctonia cerealis to different fungicides susceptibility of 5 colonies of Rhizoctonia cerealis to six fungicides including triadimefon, validamycin, tebuconazole, fludioxonil, propiconazole and difenoconazole were measured by using mycelium growth rate method. The results showed that the resistance factor to triadimefon and validamycin in Jiangsu Zhenjiang (JZ) colony was 20.46-fold and 23.31-fold, respectively, the resistance factors to triadimefon in Shandong Liaocheng (L1 and L2) colonies and Taian (TA) colony was 14.26-fold, 10.10-fold and 11.98-fold, and the resistance factor to validamycin in colonies from Tengzhou (TW) and Taian (TA) was 14.92-fold and 10.46-fold. The 5 colonies are still susceptible to tebuconazole, fludioxonil, propiconazole and difenoconazole. The controlling effect of tebuconazole is the best.
