Abstract:The effects of combined application of inorganic fertilizer and organic manure on soil enzyme activities in cumulic cinnamon soil were analyzed. The results showed that combined application of inorganic fertilizer and organic manure with various proportions had no significantly influence on the seasonal dynamic of invertase, urease, and alkaline phosphatase activities, but significantly influenced on soil enzyme activities and wheat yield. Invertase activity in the 2/3CN+3/5OM treatment was highest (29.51 mg/g), which was 33%、32%、89% and 146% higher than the 3/3CN, 3/3CN+1/5OM, 1/3CN+5/5OM and 5/5OM treatments, respectively. Urease activity in the 2/3CN+3/5OM treatment (0.75 mg/g) was higher (P<0.05). As to the alkaline phosphates activity, there was no significant difference found between different treatments. The wheat yield in 2/3CN+3/5OM treatment was 22%, 18%, 27%, and 45% higher than in other treatments, respectively.
