Abstract:This paper presents data on some microbial population numbers were determined in oilseed rape inner rhizosphere and in the bulk of two soils. with the total aerobacteria as a reference to analyse the oilseed rape rhizosphere effects. Oilseed rape inner rhizosphere had strong repressing effects on spore-forming bacteria and fungus, their effects(E) were low 0. 15 on two soils. There was significant difference betWeen the relative numbers of some microbial population compared to the total aerobacteria in two soil. There were in grey fluvo-aquic soil 1. 84 and 19. 20 times as many spore-forming bacteria and actinomycetes in that lime concretion black soil as in rhizosphere. There were in grey fluro-aquic soil 47. 59, 14. 62 and 31. 42 times as many total aerobacteria. psychrotrophic bacteria and spore-forming bacteria in that lime concretion black soil as in bulk soil. There were in lime concretion black soil all 1. 44 times as many fluorecent pseudomonads in that grey fluvo-aquic soil as in bulk soil and rhizosphere, it was not dominant in oilseed rape inner rhizosphere population not only in total numbers but also in relative numbers compared to total aerobacteria.
