Abstract:Comparative studies between totally enclosed sterile culture method and partially enclosed sterile culture method used in the research of rice organic nutrition were conducted in sterile chamber. The results were as followed, with the precondition of replacing hydroponic solution every other three days, too big (2000mL) or too small (250mL) culture volume had relatively more effects on the growth of totally sterile rice seedlings, but there were no significant differences between the growth status of totally enclosed sterile rice seedlings cultured in the triangular flask of 500mL and 1000mL; Culture volume within the range of 50 to 1000mL had no significant effects on the growth of partially enclosed sterile rice seedlings, but small volume (50mL) was recommended for its easily operational advantage. The growth status of partially sterile enclosed rice seedlings excelled to that of totally enclosed sterile rice seedlings at culture evening, furthermore, partially enclosed sterile rice seedlings had lower ultimate cumulative pollution ratio. So partially enclosed sterile method can be used in the research of plant organic nutrition for its superiority and feasibility.
