Abstract:A field experiment of crossed block with quadratic regression general spinning combination design including three factors and five levels was conducted on Fluvo-aquic soil to study the effects of combined application of manganese, nitrogen and potassium fertilizers on the contents of amino acids in winter wheat. The results indicated that wheat nutritional quality could be improved significantly if Mn,N and K fertilizers were applied at optimum rates. The suitable ranges of N,K2O and MnSO4·H2O were 105.66~194.07,155.55~222.93 and 60.63~82.72 kg/ha,respectively.Nitrogen fertilizer had the highest effect on total and necessary amino acid, followed by Manganese fertilizer, which was better than potassium fertilizer.
