摘 要 ：本研究采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳的方法,测定了11个稻瘟菌小种接种的18个水稻品种(品系)的过氧化物酶同工酶。结果表明,受侵染植株与对照间的同工酶谱带数目及其相对迁移率(Rf)无明显差异、无新谱带出现。说明受侵染植株与对照间过氧化物酶同工酶的代谢途径没有变化;但过氧化物酶同工酶的活性与水稻抗瘟性有密切关系。接种7天后植株体内该酶的活性非亲和组合显著大于亲和组合。
