摘 要 ：本文介绍了应用反向间接血凝试验鉴定棉蚜的捕食性天敌,这种方法只需要少量试剂和简单的仪器并适于快速鉴定。用此法对武汉地区棉田中采集的25种共计1247头捕食者进行了测试,其中4种瓢虫、2种草蛉、1种食蚜蝇、2种食虫蝽和5种蜘蛛鉴定为棉蚜的捕食者,根据测试的数量分别计算出它们的阳性反应率。试验中发现滤纸片上颜色的变化与天敌是否捕食棉蚜有关,凡是滤纸片上有绿颜色,反向间接血凝试验测定结果为阳性反应。
