increasedbeforefemaleflowerbudphysiologicaldifferentiation,andpresentpeakatmorphologicaldiffer
entiationstage.(2)Fromphysiologicaldifferentiationtothemorphologicaldifferentiation,CaandMg
contentsreduced,Kcontentincreased.Intheprocessofflowerbuddifferentiation,Pcontentshoweda
trendofdeclining,Fecontentincreasedthenfel,Zncontentshowed‘M’type.(3)GA4contentinleaves
andfemaleflowerbudsfelsharplyatphysiologicaldifferentiationstageandpresentpeakatmorphological
differentiationstage.ABAandZRcontentsshowedbimodalcurve‘M’typeintheprocessofflowerbud
differentiation.ZRcontentintheleavesshowedatrendoflowcontentcontinuously,andhasapeakat
physiologicaldifferentiationstageoffemaleflowerbud.ThecontentofIAAwaslowduringearlymorpho
logicaldifferentiationofflowerbuds.So,itisthecriticalperiodoffemaleflowerbudthattransformed
fromphysiologicaldifferentiationtomorphologicaldifferentiationbetweentheendofAprilandthemiddle
ofMay.HighcontentofchlorophylinleavesandlowcontentsofIAA,GA4infemaleflowersbudwere
beneficialtofemalebudsearlydevelop.AlargeamountofPwasconsumedduringflowerbuddifferentia
tion.HighcontentofKisclosetothecriticalperiodoffemaleflowerbudsdifferentiationandCa,Mg,Zn
contentscloselyassociatedwithfemaleflowerbudsmorphologicaldifferentiation.Atthesametime,the
highcontentsofABA,ZRinfemaleflowerbudshavesignificanteffecttobothphysiologicalandmorpho
logicaldifferentiation,andhighcontentofGA4involvedinformationofflowerprimordium.
