摘 要 ：地膜穴播春小麦能获得增产已为生产实践证明，对覆膜小麦生理化生化的研究结果表明：地膜覆盖后，可明显增加土壤的含水量，维持小麦叶片较高的含水量和水势，降低叶片脯氨酸含量，降低叶片细胞的膜脂过氧化水平，提高叶绿素的总含量，增大叶面积及叶面积指数（ＬＡＩ），从而促进小麦的生长发育和干物质积累，增加单株分蘖数和成穗数等，本研究为地膜小麦增产的原因提供了理论分析。
