摘 要 ：新除草化合物WD使麦田阔叶杂草播娘蒿的生长受到了显著抑制，在形态上表现出植株矮化，茎与根变粗，变硬、叶片黄化枯死；解剖观察表明，WD使播娘蒿茎尖分生组织细胞受到破坏，根与茎的维管形成层产生次生维管组织的分化活动受到抑制。根与茎的皮层细胞层数都比对照增多，研究结果表明，WD是通过植物叶片吸收，随光合物流运送到植物分生组织等部位而干扰杂草的生长发育来杀除杂草的。
