摘 要 ：用不同浓度骆驼蓬提取物浸种处理玉米，研究对玉米种子萌发和壮苗的影响。结果表明，浸种处理后玉米种子的萌发及胚根和胚芽生长明显受抑，且随处理浓度提高抑制增强；但随培养时间的延长，对萌发的抑制减弱，根长和株高增加。0．1g／mL、0．2g／mL、0．3g／mL浓度的骆驼蓬提取液浸种可显著提高玉米幼苗根系活力，促进植株生长，根体积和植株生物量增加，根苗比增大。
