摘 要 ：分别对甘肃紫斑牡丹品种和中原牡丹品种进行了核型，Ａｇｇｋｐｈｔ Ｇｉｅｎｓａ Ｃ带的研究。发现紫斑牡丹品种核型组成为２ ＝１０＝８ｍ＋２ｓｔ；中原牡丹品种核型组成为２ｎ＝１０＝６ｍ＋２ｓｍ＋２ｓｔ。ＧｉｅｍｓａＣ带带型显示，供试品种均能显示染色体端带，但天染色体端带的数目及分布位置上具品种特异性。
