摘 要 ：植物水分利用率有不同范围，不同层次，不同水的概念，其最基本的是光合作用／蒸腾作用的比值，影响这两个过程的因素均能影响ＷＵＥ，提高途径主要有：作物种和品种的选择和改良、作物施肥、补充灌溉，应用化学物质等。
