摘 要 ：用组织化学方法研究了益智胚珠中珠心冠原与承珠盘细胞壁的组成。珠心冠原细胞壁含有纤维素、胼胝质、果胶质,但不含栓质。承珠盘细胞壁含有纤维素、木质素、果胶质,也不含栓质。讨论了珠心冠原与承珠盘细胞壁的组成及承珠盘的可能功能。
