摘 要 ：采用5种不同的方法对桉树幼苗进行人工菌根接种的结果表明,均有不同程度的促生效果及菌根感染率。其中,内生菌根(Glomus epigaeum)菌土接种的苗木高为对照苗木的247%,地径为对照的193%;外生菌根菌(Pisolithus tinctorius)纯培养接种苗高生长比对照增加17.4%,地径增加9.9%;P.t孢子粉剂接种的苗高生长比对照增加103%;罐栽法纯培养芽苗接种的以Scleroderma(H4331)为好,对赤桉和尾叶桉高生长可增加42.83%～

Abstract:Five mycorrhizal inoculation methods were tested on Eucalyptus seedlings.All of them were effective.The mycorrhizal infection percentage of seedling reached 10%~48%.Among them,inoculations of the VA mycorrhizal fungi (Glomus mosseae and G.epigaeum) and the Pisolithus tinctorius spores were best with an increase of over 103%~247% in seedling height and 180%~193% in ground level diameter than that of the check.When the seedlings were inoculated in the tubes,seedling height increased by 10%~53% than that of the check.Nursery testing results showed that the inoculation on cuttings of Eucalyptus ABL 12 with "Mycobeads" might increase 16.8%~21.9% in seedling height and 21.2%~39.5% in dry weight of the seedlings.
