摘 要 ：本文开发了一种用于木材生长轮材质变异分析的软X-射线测量法,对14种木材进行了测定和分析,获得了满意的测量结果。
Abstract:A measuring method of soft x-ray was developed to analyse the variation of propcrtics of wood growth ring. Fourteen species of wood were surveyed and analysed. The results were satisfactory.
