dose,thevariationofdifferentiationratewasdifferentamongdifferentvarietiesinthesamegrowthperi
od,andthecalusdifferentiationrateofthesamespeciesalsodifferedfromdifferentgrowthstages.The
semilethaldosesofalvarietieswereobtainedbyanalyzingthemutageniceffectof70dcalususinglinear
regressionanalysis,and‘Rivendel’is23.18Gy,‘Haifa’is19.59Gy,‘Prop’is4.38Gy.Twomutant
individualswithlargeandthickleaves,aswelasthickeningstemswereselected.
