犃犫狊狋狉犪犮狋:Itisverysignificanttostudytheinteractionsbetweencelulolyticenzymesbecausetheinterac
tionscouldincreasethedecompositionofcelulose.Inthepaper,fivefungalstrainsfromalpinemeadow
soilwereselectedtocomposeasyntheticsystem.Thefivefungalstrainshadthehighactivitiesofcelulo
lyticenzymes.Theactivitiesofcelulolyticenzymesoftheindividualfungalstrainorthedifferentmixed
fungalstrainsweredeterminedandtheinteractionsbetweencelulolyticenzymesinthefungalstrainswere
analyzed.Theresultsshowedthatcomparedwiththeindividualstrains,theactivitiesofcelulases,Hemi
celulase,andlaccasesinthemixedsolutionswhichwerecomposedofthesamevolumeofenzymesfrom
thetwoofthefivefungalstrainsdecreased(犘<0.05),andthedecreasesoftheseenzymeactivitieswere
different.Thecelulosesandhemicelulosesactivitiesofthemixedenzymesfromthe310band23astrains
aswelasfromthe310bandHstrainschangedsignificantly(犘<0.05),whereastherewerenotsignificant
changesinthemixedenzymesof310band24dstrainsaswelasinthemixedenzymesof310band26B
strains.
