摘 要 ：利用37对多态性SSR引物和15个表型性状对155份棉属种间杂交基因渐渗系及其10份陆地棉亲本进行了聚类分析。用37对SSR引物共扩增出108条带，多态性条带占85.2％。种质间成对相似系数平均值为0.6791，范围为0.4762~1.000。建立了165个陆地棉材料的SSR聚类图，共聚为4个类群，分别为法国种质群、美国AcalaSJ系列种质群、美国PD种
