摘 要 ：以不同亚基组成且品质类型不同的6个春小麦品种（东农7742、新克旱9、泉224、辽10、Roblin和龙麦26）为试验材料，研究了淀粉及其组分积累规律、不同形态氮肥（酰胺态氮、硝态氮和铵态氮）对淀粉及其组分积累的调节效应及不同品种淀粉与蛋白质的消长关系。结果表明，供试HMW-GS组成品种的淀粉及其组分的积累存在基因型差异，
