摘 要 ：研究了外源一氧化氮（NO）供体SNP对150 mmol/L NaCl胁迫下小麦幼苗叶片谷胱甘肽抗氧化酶系统的影响。结果表明，与单独盐胁迫相比，0.1 mmol/L的SNP处理明显提高了小麦幼苗叶片还原型谷胱甘肽（GSH）的含量，略微降低了氧化型谷胱甘肽（GSSG）的含量，明显提高了GSH/GSSG，这可能与其诱导谷胱甘肽还原酶（GR）的活性有部分关
