摘 要 ：应用愈伤组织浸溃处理将甘蔗近缘植物竹、芒和割手密的DNA导入甘蔗栽培种中，结果在不同组合出现了许多甘蔗常规组培过程中未曾发现的变异。从5个组合中选育出11个稳定遗传的变异系，其叶圆片经PEG渗透胁迫后的抗氧化代谢分析结果表明，外源DNA导入甘蔗变异系的抗氧化代谢反应基本介于DNA供体和受体之间，竹、芒、割手密DNA处
