摘 要 ：通过水培和土培试验,研究了棉花根系和叶片对硼的吸收、运转和分配。结果表明,根系对硼的吸收、运转速率快于叶片,但叶片施硼能直接满足叶片对硼的需要。棉花叶片对硼的运输随棉花生长时期不同而异:营养生长时期,硼主要运输到生长点和幼嫩叶片中;生殖生长时期,硼主要运输到繁殖器官和为繁殖器官制造养料的主茎叶及其相应的果
