摘 要 ：将稻穗浸于0～10℃冷水后置室温(25～30℃)或用35～45℃温水浸穗均能促进开颖。在42～43℃水中浸穗0.5～1分钟,10分钟后开颖,裂药良好,花粉活力正常。开颖时,小穗呼吸增强,ATP 含量增高,颖内 CO_2浓度上升至5%。CO_2气体或其水溶液能显著诱导开颖。增温和增 CO_2等促进开颖技术可应用于水稻杂交。
