摘 要 ：本研究用软 X—射线仪,钡盐作为造影剂,探索小麦、水稻、玉米、蚕豆、棉花等作物不同类型种子的造影方法以及检测其生活力的技术。研究结果表明:用20%的氯化钡(BaCl₂)水溶液,直接浸渍小麦(1.5小时)、水稻(11小时),玉米(12小时)、蚕豆(1小时)、棉花(8小时)等种子,透视摄影后,通过负片检测的生活力与实际发芽力相一
