摘 要 ：CO_2含量大于5%的气体,或者 pH 小于5.6的 CO_2溶液,或0.05mol/L 以上的碳酸盐与稀酸的反应液,都能显著地促进水稻开颖。诱导开颖的处理时间约20秒。浓度增高和处理时间加长却不能进一步增进开颖数。温度增高可促进 CO_2诱导开颖过程,呼吸抑制剂也不会中断这个过程。CO_2促进鳞片吸水膨大是促进开颖的原因。被处理的稻穗裂药
