本文采用发光分光光度计测定玉米和高粱的保持系和不育系花药中 ATP的含量,并与花药活力进行了比较,结果为:(1)玉米和高粱保持系花药中ATP 的含量均高于不育系,尤以高粱最为明显,高7倍。(2)凡 ATP 含量高的花粉均具有活力,ATP 含量高的活力高,而 ATP 含量低的活力亦低。(3)ATP 含量高的可育花粉萌发快,花粉管迅速伸长,ATP 含量低的不育系花粉在同样的条件下不萌发。
