摘 要 ：本文通过研究四倍体水稻试管不定芽从异养向自养的过渡及其一些影响因素,建立了试管外光自养培育健壮秧苗的程序。要点如下:1.不定芽在 CMⅢ+3.78毫克/升IBA+2.0毫克/升 kT 上培养20天后,平均每芽长出5条3.64厘米长的根,净增株高约8厘米,长出2片完全叶,初步具备在温室光自养生活的能力。2.试管苗在2叶期前后获得完全的光自养
