同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交结籽的胚胎学机理研究

摘 要 利用激光扫描共聚焦显微技术对同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交给籽的特殊生殖现象进行了研究。研究结果表明,
假稻的花粉粒不能在二倍体水稻的柱头上荫发, 因而二倍体水稻与假稻的生殖隔离很严格。然而, 假稻的花粉粒在同源
四倍体水稻的柱头上能萌发, 前者的花粉管能在后者的花柱中伸长并能将雄配子送人胚囊内。在同源四倍体水稻与假稻
的杂交中受精作用比较特殊, 其中包括精细胞与卵细胞的单受精作用, 也包括精细胞与次生极核的单受精作用, 还包括
正常的双受精作用。总受精率和总成胚率分别为22189% 和20182%。本试验的结果为解释同源四倍体水稻与假稻杂交结
籽的特殊生殖现象提供了有力的胚胎学证据。

Abstract T he specifically rep roductive phenom enon of bearing seeds in the cross betw een auto tetrap lo id rice
(O ryza sativa, 2n = 4x = 48) and L eersia hex and ra w as researched by L aser Scann ing Confocal M icroscopy
(L SCM ). T here w as strictly rep roductive obstacle betw een dip lo id rice and L. hex and ra, because the po llen
grain s from L. hex and ra could no t germ inate at all on the stigm as of dip lo id rice after po llination. How ever, the
crossability betw een auto tetrap lo id rice and L. hex and ra w as observed, and ascertained that the po llen grain s
from L. hex and ra could gem inate on the stigm as of auto tetrap lo id rice, the po llen tubes penetrates the em bryo
sac th rough m icropylar end. T he fertilization in the distan t hybridization w as very peculiar, including the
single2fertilization of a sperm w ith an egg, the single2fertilization of a sperm w ith an secondary po lar nucleus,
and the norm al double2fertilization. To tal rate of fertilization and to tal rate of em bryo fo rm ation are respectively
22. 89% and 20. 82% ,w h ich are importan tly em bryo logical evidences fo r exp lain ing the specifically rep roductive
phenom enon in the distan t hybridization.
