摘 要 ：运用放射免疫分析法(RIA)发现油菜花芽分化前后种性与内源赤霉素(GA_3)含量的关系是冬性<半冬性<春性<春油菜。正、反交杂种比较表明GA_3含量具有杂种超亲现象而无细胞质遗传或母性影响。对半冬性品种分期播种材料分析表明,播种期对内源GA_3水平影响很大。不同发育期比较显示:五叶期GA_3水平较低,至花芽分化开始时明显上升,然
