摘 要 :枳属(Poncirus Raf.)是Swingle于1913年从柑桔属(Citrus L. )中独立出的一个单种属,原产于我国,类型繁多,是柑桔类的一种主要砧木,具有树势矮化,抗寒,抗裙腐病、流胶病及线虫病,丰产、稳产、提早结实等优点。与其它柑桔类杂交,其后代均具很强的抗性。此外,该属未成熟果实中含有的枳苷(ponciridin) 著名中药材。据报道枳属的染色体数目为2n=18[1],同时还有多倍体类型2n=36[2]. 作者研究了枳属6个生物型的核型,以期在一定程度上对探讨柑桔类的系统演化及遗传育种实践提供细胞学上的参考证据。
Abstract:Abstract The present paper deals with the karyotype study of 6 biotypes of Poncirus. The karyotypes consist of 6 pairs of median and 3 pairs of submedian constructions, belonging to "2A" type of Stebbins symmetry, and show infinitely small differences each biotype. It is worthy of note that the satellites show a certain degree of difference in size, though the positions of a pair of satellite are identical. The origin of large satellite is discussed.
