摘 要 ：作者写定并付印华福花 Sinadoxa一文的过程中，曾因探索五福花Adoxa的分布，就中国科学院植物研究所、四川生物研究所和四川大学所藏五福花科，虎耳草科以及其他形近易混的各科标本做了较彻底的检查，在未鉴定的金腰属Chrysosplenium标本中发现有四川雅安和峨眉山的几号标本（见下）显然和金腰属有异而在雄蕊特征上和五福花属一致。当时（去年八月间）因即将赴日本进行学术交流，故只将标本检出，未来得及深入研究和描写而暂时搁置下来。在日本东京大学综合研究资料馆植物部门Deparment of Botany，University Museum，Univ．of Tokyo，交流华福花一文原稿时，因该馆原宽教授Hiroshi Hara是金腰属分类的专家，曾向他口头提到在峨眉山发现的这种有趣植物，可能反映五福花科和虎耳草科Saxifragaceae有某些联系。
Abstract:Based on the very recently described Adoxa omeiensis Hara, Tetradoxa C. Y. Wu is raised as second new genus in the Adoxaceae, in making this formerly monotypic family to 3-generic. A thorough comparison among Tetra-doxa, Adoxa and Sinadoxa is made and the infrafamiliar evolution being widely discussed. The systematic position of the family is also elucidated according to the palynological data by SEM.
