摘 要 ：C—7和C—8、G—7和G－8是分别从黑节草和人参分离纯化的寡糖素。C—8提高愈伤组织中紫草色素含量最为明显，达5.795±0.024mg/gDW，为对照的3.27倍。C—7、C—8、G－7和G—8在滇紫草愈伤组织培养中促进色素合成的最适浓度分别为5.0 ppm、1.0ppm、2.5 ppm和2.5 ppm。椰乳加人到培养基中，能明显地促进色素的合成。椰乳浓度为5.0%时，色素含量达最高值为8.935±0.242mg/gDW，明显高于对照(1.727±0.103mg/gDW)。椰乳和4种寡糖素对愈伤组织生长的影响均不大。

Abstract:C-7 and C-8 are oligosaccharins extracted from Dendrobium candidum, G-7 and G-8 are oligosaccharins from Panax ginseng. The purple herb pigment content was increased by C-8 in 0.paniculatum callus the most significantly among the four kinds of oligosaccharins, and its pigment content was 5.795 ± 0.024 mg / g DW being 3.27 fold of the content in control callus.
